Start your day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel before enjoying a private, behind-the-scenes tour of the Gateway to Science—the state’s only hands-on science center, perfect for curious minds of all ages. Then it’s off to Minot with enriching stops along the way. Explore the fascinating Lewis & Clark Interpretive Center, tour the scenic and historic Dakota Farms, and visit the remarkable Knife River Indian Villages National Historic Site to learn about the Northern Plains tribes. All meals are included today, and you’ll settle in for the night with comfortable accommodations in Minot.

Continue to the Earth Lodge Village & the Mandan, Hidatsa, Arikara Interpretive Center to learn about the rich heritage of these Indigenous nations. Take in sweeping views at the Painted Canyon Visitors Center, then experience the beauty of Theodore Roosevelt National Park on a scenic drive. The day concludes with a meaningful service project at the Interpretive Center, leaving a positive impact on this remarkable landscape.
