To protect the integrity of Accent, we are requiring buyers to show proof of their minimum business volume. Operators may be asked to complete the form if the Accent administrators are unaware of their current volume. A qualification form will be sent individually to any operator in question. Operators may be given a probationary entry in year one on a case-by-case basis, if recovery from Covid-19 has delayed or created an uncommon challenge with filling a tour to minimum numbers. Operators who have actively contracted a tour with MARS in the previous 12 months or have a proven record of successfully filling a tour within the MARS tour operations are automatically qualified.
All registrations are refundable up until 45 days prior to the show. Any cancellations must be in writing and received 45 days prior to the show for a refund.
